The official mobile application for the annual event, the Six Outstanding Training Days (6OTD), held annually at the Constructional Training Institute (CTI) under the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET), provides a comprehensive platform for participants from various sectors within Kuwait and abroad.
